Appsrc / Appsink missing? Not really... #132

The Solution file of OSSBuild is missing the appsrc/appsink plugin. There are 
two projects named "gstapp", one that is already contained within the solution 
(which contains the actual implementation) and one that has to be added 
manually (which contains the plugin_init function) in:

$(ossbuild)\Main\GStreamer\Windows\Build\Plugins\Base\gst

This project has to be added to the Solution, otherwise the appsrc/appsink 
won't be available at all. It would be nice to have it added per default or 
extend the docs on where to find it.
