how can i build rtmp via ossbuild #137

Hi,I find  that the default configuration does't contain with rtmp compiling ,I 
tried to add gstrtmp project to gstreamer solution ,and make some configuration 
like gstmms,but when I compiled the project ,many errors occured.Would  you 
give me some advice building rtmp support in Gstreamer  via ossbuild.

Are you testing with latest version? Which Windows versions are you trying etc.?

Hello,

I would like to use the rtmpsrc and rtmpsink plugins on Windows. The beta LGPL 
v0.10.7 of WinBuilds does not contains the plugins. Should I try to checkout 
the source and build everything? Are there any known issues with RTMP? Please 
help. Thanks in advance
