Installer should have an option "Reinstall" or remove the previous installation. #61

It happens that I frequently rebuild and reinstall the whole project on my 
computer, and it takes considerable time to remove the previous installation, 
because the installer refuses to continue when it detects it.

It would be good if the installers offer option to reinstall or remove already 
installed gstreamer.

Not likely unless WiX makes it very easy to do. The installers need various 
tweaks anyway -- we'll make this an enhancement request since the installer as 
it currently exists does do its best effort at preventing you from mixing 
different versions.
