Editing asset description must update all record #59

Debatable. I got scenario:

  1. Deposit were closed
  2. New deposit with new terms (different comment) were opened

if we edit all comments, it will not represent reality. In this case we need to delete asset and create new or regenerate new ID for asset. Way too complicated and not too much value. Decreased priority
