Error when creating a new project using the default commands on ReadMe.md file

To Reproduce

Used the default commands on ReadMe.md file to try and create a new project. Tried with cmd and powershell

Relevant parts of the log file

Same issue here: #100 - sorry for delay, I have to test it.
