Various accents aren't emboldened for Bold #28

Ł, č, ō and a few others have accents which are not bold, and these need fattening up a little. This is true for Semibold, too. Other accents, such as ċ, do seem to match the font weight.

Oh, sorry, some of those are different for Bold. But e.g. Đ is perhaps too small of a difference. In any case Ł seems identical between the weights.
