Correct horizontal position of caron on Latin Capital L with caron #6

I have generated only OTF files. I have also aligned vertical position of caron on Italic and BoldItalic.

Thanks, this is great! I'll have to put this on hold until we've sorted out the building/hinting process (see issue #5).

... until then, if you still have the changed SFDs, those would be incredibly helpful!

Hey @skosch this can be merged, I'll regen on top of it. I will see about automating thereafter.

This needs a rebase before merging.

I have added corrections for ď, ť and ľ, see specimen at very high zoom level. SFDs are also submitted.

I have not figured out how to rebase, therefore I have downloaded your current copy of repository and copied changed lines from my latest version of files. See patch file b1cd747 commit. I have verified that I have changed them correctly. You can apply the patch.
