No ligatures for fl and variants #71

It looks like some ligatures are absent : screenshot_20180811_194515 That's strange because I can find them when I edit the font. Some ligatures work like 'Th' though.

Okay, I had to enable the discretionary ligatures in XeTeX. Works well !
