Here are my measures of test procedure.

iMac 27 + Catalina + Sketch 69.2 + sketch-devtools Total: 1m 44s

iMac 27 + Catalina + Sketch 70 + sketch-devtools Total: 5m 11s

I have the same problem my plug-in runs very slowly and has errors

I have noticed a similar issue with a custom plugin we developed based on the sketch-module-web-view plugin template. It even causes it to crash at some point. After disabling the DevTools, the custom plugin runs smoothly again.
