[BUG] Self-signed certificates of the local camera should be allowed

Describe the bug Double-take fails to acces url on https with self-signed certificates, fx the snapshot url of my Reolink.

Reolink camera is on same network as the double-take server.

Version of Double Take latest

Expected behavior Double-take should at least accept self-signed certificates on the same subnet. Otherwise I would expect an option to allow self-signed certificates.
