OS X Catalina woes #38

I had OpenElectribeEditor running happily in Mojave based on the instructions here. Did the same tricks on Catalina, running Java 6, opening by "show package" etc. But, this is a new error I'm facing when trying to use OEE on Catalina, related to Eclipse:

Hey-

Sorry- I'm just now seeing this issue 😢 (only 2 years late lol). I must have notifications for this repo turned off for some reason.

There is a way to install OpenElectribeEditor via a VM (using vagrant): https://github.com/skratchdot/vagrant-open-electribe-editor

There might be a way to get it working in docker (if you google "how to use gui apps in docker" etc).

Unfortunately, the highest version of Ubuntu I've been able to get java 6 working in is 14.04. I think that will stop working in 1 month (April 2022)- although I can't remember exactly if that's true. I remember helping someone a year ago getting vagrant running, and for some reason "April 2022" stuck in my mind.

With all that said, I have a purely web based version of this program almost ready. I'm just trying to finish a few things before releasing a beta version. I'll update this repo when it's ready.
