parameter to filter Netatmo devices #32

Hi,

I wish a parameter to select which Netatmo devices are available on HomeKit. You can filter the devices by device id.

This is already possible but not just documented. It works like in homebridge-netatmo. See: https://github.com/planetk/homebridge-netatmo#control-accessories-by-device-id
