Implement a reset command for stats #47

We should have a way to reset the stats we introduced in https://github.com/skroutz/rafka/commit/04ac92c71cac367325ed422be5f5b7b193ec0970.

That way scripts that monitor the stats can "mark them as fixed" when the respective issues are acknowledged.
