I suggest including full source code, not just RPM, including the scripts/files you used to build this tool. This will allow others to review the code and make suggestions.

Seems to only contain ./usr/bin/ltracer ./usr/share/ltracer/Copyright.and.GPL.Notice.txt ./usr/share/ltracer/GPL_LICENSE.txt ./usr/share/ltracer/ltracer.spec ./usr/share/man/man1/ltracer.1.gz 87 blocks

That makes sense, since it’s a binary RPM without source code.
