Red5phone getting fail after a period

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I have sip server running, two instance of red5phone, after making first IVR 
call works, waiting for 4 minute, and then again if redial the IVR same call, i 
get the screen shot failure.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should not show me hangup, it should let the call again happen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest and greatest always. Red5 server and phone + Sip server.

Please provide any additional information below.
Please check the screen shot.

If i at this stage restart the red5phone, i can do the calls but i want to let 
red5phone online. So that after hours later without re-login, i can simply 
place a call.
