Problem with bandwidth #122

Hello guys, I'm using red5 0.9.1_RC1 and Red5Phone, and it's all OK.
I done some bandwidth test and the result was UP 30Kbps (OK) but in DOWN I had 
190Kbps that is too big.
This is normal or maybe I done something of wrong? 
And if that is normal there is a method for bring DOWN like UP to 30Kbps?
