Mentor(s): @TonyBagnall, @martinagvilas, @mloning

Why did you join sktime's mentorship program?

What topics are you working on? Using Sktime for classification of (M)EEG data

What are your learning goals?

What's next for you after the mentorship program?

1 What have you been doing this week?

This week we discussed the overall structure of the project. I will implement different preprocessing steps for EEG data analysis as series-to-series, panel-to-panel and series-to-panel transformers. We made a wishlist of transformers needed and I started implementing panel-to-panel transformers.

2 What are you planning to do next week?

Continue on implementing panel-to-panel transformers and a series-to-panel transformer. Write tests for all new transformers

3 Is anything blocking your progress? No.

1 What have you been doing this week? This week I spent most of the time reading up on EEG processing strategies. Hence, there was less code produced. Other than that I ...

1 What have you been doing this week? We migrated from the the sktime-neuro-draft fork to a real standalone repository sktime-neuro - it is private for now, but we'll make it public towards the end of the project.

2 What are you planning to do next week? Next week I'll be working less as I have an exam on Wednesday. After that I plan to work on the feedback I'll get for the PR that migrates the code from sktime-neuro-draft to sktime-neuro: https://github.com/sktime/sktime-neuro/pull/5

1 What have you been doing this week? As anounced last week, I worked less this week due to exams. I continued on the multivariate detrender and had a discussion with my mentor about next steps. We decided that I will implement functionality for critical difference diagrams in sktime. And I started reading up on those.

2 What are you planning to do next week? There are different open tasks for the next weeks:
