deploy and deploy-export are already handled, anddeploy-clearsignatures in https://github.com/skttl/umbraco-deploy-assistant/issues/7.

That only leaves deploy-local-initialize, which doesn't do anything when the site is already running (and the dashboard is accessed), as it's only used as an indicator when Deploy has just created the SqlCe/LocalDB database.
