how to include android support library as apklib dependency?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.My android project use android support library v4 & v7
2.Because I cannot down the sdk without adt-bundle,so I cannot use the deployer 
repo to setup local maven repo. Instead, I manually write the systemPath for 
those dependencies. 
3.My dependencies is as follows:

What is the expected output?

What do you see instead?
the info before the first error
