By default, the board will come without any firmware, so you'll need to program the boards: https://github.com/skuep/AIOC?tab=readme-ov-file#how-to-program
Doing this on windows can be a bit more complicated than other systems, so I'd highly recommend doing it on linux if you can.
Thanks for responding, I purchased from NA6D which are already flashed. But I've been able to fix the issue by switching cables :)

NA6D is a good source and as far as I know he does also test them.
The cable needs to have at least the USB 2.0 data pair and the power lines. Maybe yours had power only intended for smartphone charging?
have just soldered 2X new AIOC connectors, and both arent detected in windows. no new devices pop up in device manager.
