Bilinear YUV is failing on linux.

libyuvTest.ScaleDownBy2by3_Bilinear: 
filter 1 -      334 us C -       95 us OPT
../../unit_test/scale_test.cc:158: Failure
Expected: (diff) <= (3), actual: 70 vs 3

r855 test is disabled.  likely relates to odd width and/or height.
