ipv6 rules missing #74

I have ipv6 enabled in settings, on an ipv6 network.

ip6tables shows the rule tables and basic flow rules are created but no per-uid rules are created.

t-mo galaxy s3, rooted factory.

sorry, to clarify further: ipv4 rules are created correctly. also, ipv6 rules are correctly created on my tablet, acer a500 cyanogenmod. but no ipv6 uid rules on phone.
