@Nishit278 it might be showing that because you have two PRs with the same name, one was closed and another was merged. Wait for some time to see if it updates, as Hacktoberfest might treat it as spam.

Oh ok, so it must be because of either too many pull requests or I think we merged some spammy pull requests.

I too faced this same issue in two of my Pull requests.
