PRs From This Repo Will Not be Counted Towards Hacktoberfest. #204

Hey everyone! You must be wondering why Hacktoberfest isn't counting your PRs in this repository. Well, this is because this repository has now been banned from Hacktoberfest. The reason why this repository was banned is because Hacktoberfest has recently released a policy where it marks repositories that have Data Structures (DSA) or algorithms, as a repository that encourages people to make a quick PR to win in Hacktoberfest. I know you guys really wanted to contribute more to this repository, but sadly it won't be considered towards Hacktoberfest. If you still want to contribute to this repo, you are most welcome to. If you have any ideas on starting a new project or application based open-source project, do start a discussion in the Discussions tab. Hacktoberfest is not about winning a t-shirt, it is about giving back to open source in whatever capacity you can. I do believe this to be true, as I wanted you guys to get an easy start into open-source technology, and not just for the sake of a T-Shirt. You guys can contribute to many amazing open-source projects participating in Hacktoberfest this year. Till then, thank you for your contribution to this repository.
