ID in Settingsmenu #149

For future functionality, workshops should have the capability to input their ID in the Settings menu. To achieve this, an Input Field should be integrated into the Settings menu where the ID can be entered. Once entered, this ID should be saved in the config and remain unchangeable thereafter.

I suggest building an API Endpoint, where the user can ask for an ID which is then coupled with an counter for his uploaded data. So one endpoint for getting an ID, and then this is coupled in OmnaiView with his counter which will be and get and set to another endpoint. So when the user changes his hardware he can again ask for his old id and then update his old data counter.

This is a great idea for a subsequent procedure and will be integrated into the APIs. In the meantime, it seems the most efficient way to ensure timely access to an ID is by initially storing it in the config.
