added minikube cluster support #50

Minikube cluster allows us to use "minikube tunnel" and therefore supporting LoadBalancer type services.

"ci/circleci: smoke_test Expected — Waiting for status to be reported" <- the pending tests "smoke_tests" does not exist any more, I think it is just a "flaky" behaviour of github or circleci, since I removed a job previously existent (and that still exists on master). Probably related to this: https://circleci.com/docs/2.0/workflows-waiting-status/ will take a look tomorrow.
