When initialising a site, note the following options are available:
Number of Skupper routers::
By default, only one Skupper router is created when creating a site using the CLI or YAML.
To support high availability, {org-name} recommends deploying two Skupper routers as described in:

{org-name} does not recommend increasing the number of Skupper routers beyond two.
Skupper router CPU allocation::
By default 1 CPU is allocated to the Skupper router.
To increase throughput, and if you have many clients, latency, provide more CPU resources up to 5 CPUs.
More that 5 CPUs does not improve performance.
