@hash-d has spotted recently an inconsistency in my document regarding the CA secret: if tls.key and tls.crt files are not needed, the user should not need to create a CA secret with those files.
So, instead of creating a tls secret for the CA, we can create a generic secret that contains just the one file that it needs.
