Make sure all vanflow functionality has been moved from the legacy tcp adaptor to the new tcp adaptor #1480

Some vflow functionality that the legacy adaptor had is missing from the new tcp adaptor. Make sure that there is vanflow feature parity between the two tcp adaptors.
