CentOS stream 8 CI job failing due to gcc issue #1486

Run dnf install -y gcc gcc-c++

 Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides gcc = 8.5.0-22.el8 needed by gcc-c++-8.5.0-22.el8.x86_64 from appstream
  - nothing provides libstdc++ = 8.5.0-22.el8 needed by gcc-c++-8.5.0-22.el8.x86_64 from appstream
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

This is a temp problem which is resolved
