VFLOW_ATTRIBUTE_OCTETS is not being updated in the tcp adaptor (main branch). VFLOW_ATTRIBUTE_OCTET_RATE is missing as well #1489

@ganeshmurthy if it saves cycles, I'm pretty sure we've stopped using the octet rate. May be worth discussing deprecating it if it is resource intensive at all or complicated.

@c-kruse I saw your earlier comment about octet rate not being used anymore but I added it nevertheless. With this change, @bartoval should be able to see the octets TX and octets RX
