V2 nonkube platform rename from systemd to linux #1765

Nonkube bootstrap allow namespaces to use a local skupper-router installation, and the respective platform is identified as systemd. The name is not appropriate, considering that container engine sites (podman and docker) also use systemd.

Describe the solution you'd like

Rename the V2 platform from systemd to linux.
