Certificate management #941

From the documentation, it's not very clear how skupper handles certificate management. Does it automatically rotate the mTLS certificates? Is it possible to use something like cert-manager to generate the issuer certificate?

By default skupper will generate the CAs and certs and does not automatically rotate them yet.

However you can indeed create the CAs and if needed the certs themselves as well, and that can be done using certmanager.
