Testing: Identify areas for tests and/or data validation #10

If you see an area of the code that could use tests or data validation, note it in this issue. As we each find time, we can start whittling the list down. If you spot something, don't feel like you need to start it right away -- toss it in the queue!

[ ] Attempting to add project with incorrect parameters (Same name?, Numeric? No title, or description). Test on UX side and @ Axios Promise for POST
