Cannot donload plantuml -jar due XML Not Well-Formed #149

Summary

When I try to download the plantumljar I get this error:

ELISP> (plantuml-download-jar)
*** Eval error ***  XML: (Not Well-Formed) Invalid end tag ‘body’ (expecting ‘hr’)
