Gem support #21

Hi,

I've tuned vim-ruby-conque to my needs so I've opened this pull in case you would like to merge some of the changes.

Note that, in this patch I've adapted the support for the Rails folder structure for a gem. Not sure if the two could co-exist.

Sorry I think this will break the default functionality...
