bug found by Kim Jin ae#2644 (aka Kimu).

[ ] prevent splitting of notes in a chord belonging to the same layer when a second layer is inserted in between (ie sort the chord by layer first or )
[ ] merge consecutive layers bearing the same name, to support two hand piano
