Update translation for Vietnamese #291

I updated the translation for Vietnamese and changed my contribution name in the README in this PR as well.

however, I merge commits into the dev branch first. I don’t know how to redirect or duplicate a commit.

maybe I can pull to master and then pull from master to dev. Last time I did that there was a kind of infinite loop of commits.
