How now? I closed issue #7 after tag 0.9.0 was generated, but I think that's OK. (Even force recreating the tag, it's not possible to change the way this looks because the issue closure date is later than the last commit date.)

Hey @oliverlockwood, can we document how to run the changelog generator? Not sure what I'm merging here.
