Revising the Platforms quadrant for 2020

Compute Platforms:

Docker & Kubernetes - to combine and reference core platform instead - Docker+K8s (Core)

MQs:

Kafka to trial
ActiveMQ to Adopt

In-memory Cache:

HazelCast to Assess

DBs:

Cassandra - Not used in our dept
Couchbase - as is, who to contact
RDMS? - Who to contact

Joe's comments:

I would have had AMQ in 'hold', but given the licensing and various issues with Kafka, teams are still going to be using AMQ, perhaps this could be captured by putting in 'Adopt' - not sure. Consider adding Jenkins/Jenkins Pipeline as a build platform. JVM ? - another opportunity to guide teams down the Java route.

Add something about avoiding Node.js platform for running server side logic
