can't enter path #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open window "Working Copies"
2. type in Path: https://...
3. will be shown as https:/...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
https://... (two slashes)
is see only one, and can't access the repository

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Firstly "https:/…" is NOT a path.  It is a URL.
You should enter a path to a working copy folder in the Working Copies window.
[Or simply drag the folder from the Finder into the list.]

However, if you have a URL, then it is possibly a URL to your repository and 
should be entered in the Repositories window.  This will then enable you to 
view the repository & checkout a new working copy.
