Item selection is broken in Delete Items sheet

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a repository window.
2. Click the Delete toolbar button.
3. In the browser at the top of the Delete Items sheet that appears, click the 
first item in the first column.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The first item in the first column of the browser should be selected. Instead, 
it's not. In order to select the first item, one must first select another 
item, after which time the first item may be selected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
