Supporting different XML file format #10

Although the file format represented a version flag, but
 - it was not used at all
 - it stated 2.0 (missing 1.0, or other minor value)
The plugin should support multiple file format version to be able up-convert 
older format, etc...

The 1.0 is the starting value, any previously created .multiproperties file 
should be manually edited according to the release note. See 0.9.1 version.
