It could be nice to generate the output files from command line.

The command line tool cannot use the handler configuration stored in the 
MultiProperties file, because it is most probably Eclipse related. Specially 
the target file, which is a relative path to the Eclipse workspace.

Currently one execution of the command line tool let the user to generate only 
one column's output by the selected handler.
