Unable to switch off the Properties Handler for a particular column #27

If a column is configured for "Java Properties Handler", then it is not 
possible to turn off. There should be a checkbox.

In addition of the introduced checkbox - letting the user turn off the handler 
for the given column - preference based window has been imlemented instead of 
wizard
