Feature Request: default fills #33

Hi,

when i create a multiproperty file, i do it normally on the Folder-> 
rightclick->new
1. you could use that location as default (at the moment one must fill in the 
location by browsing the folder structure in the file)
2. We give the File a name  (let this be by default the Name of the 
Multiproperty (under Overview -> Name)
3. If i create a table entry (for new property file) I have to enter the 
location again (Default: location of multiproperty file)
4. Name of property files (Default could be 
(MultiporpertyName)_(columnname).properties
i.e Messages.multiproperties -> Name of Multiproperties = "Messages" -> 
Messages_en.properties

that would be very helpful
