apktool d -d app.apk out smali code is equal to apktool d app.apk out #309

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. apktool d -d app.apk out
2. apktool d app.apk out2

In out i don't have the Smali code commented with Java headings (like in the 
video) but the code is equal to the out2's folder. 

apktool 1.4.3 - Ubuntu Linux, Windows XP
