error building jellybean 4.1.2 framework-res #347

when building jellybean 4.1.2 framework-res i have one warning (could not find 
resources) and the file is small than the original file 6.66MB original is 
10.4MB and when i replaced the framework-res in my phone the phone is bootloop 
so how can i correct this problem i'm using apktool v1.5 latest ver

Apktool doesn't re-create the signature, thus the file is smaller.
