Locusts event doesn't spawn any locusts #1303

Had this event for several times and never found a single locust, neither had any apparel loss: looks like locusts are not spawned at all.

Nevermind, I was just mislead by the message telling that they are in my homezone, thought they should be spawned like mosquitos. Also, they are called "crashbugs", not locusts.
