You should try launch a game as administrator. Also, your steam client was run?

Seems all fine in debug menu log. Upload output log after you cant load save.

load savegame in text editor and change matching verbs. Or Start new game.

Very curious as to what caused this. Can you upload savegame?

I finally find where is the problem.. I played 4 or 5 days and again got this problem after i goes to view the map game stop loaded so if you not checking the map you have 0 problem but just i go there I can't load game anymore...
